I am increasingly reading about Kavyar, and seeing photographers who have profiles there. I do not really want to join yet another photography website unless there is a really clear benefit.

Just my opinion of course!
I have seen and met several photographers hosting profiles there (see https://miguel-garcia-sepulveda.kavyar.site/ ). Maybe they are just using it for its simple profile hosting.
I think that I will ignore it for the moment.
