Great stuff Elliott. The stuff on the Interactivity API is clear but it might be better to use a state variable “currentSlide”. Clicking a button would simply modify the state value, then a listener would adjust the offset to the respective slide. I'd possibly look into scrollIntoView for that.

Yours is certainly clear, even if it's a lot to take in in one go! As I understand it, the main reason for using this API is for everyone to use common conventions, so adhering to best practices would be the better way to go. Without the need for common practices, the API isn't necessary at all.
