As a football fan you never get bored of winning, what I would say has changed for Celtic fans is the reaction when we don't win, there's a lot more entitled fans because all they've known is winning or they're just grown too used to it.
I wouldn't be unhappy (much) if an Aberdeen or similar won the league, when Rangers went Scottish football went through a period of multiple teams winning trophies and it wasn't the worse thing to happen.
