On Wednesday, I flew overnight to Germany for a rehearsal the day arrived, so I absolutely, positively needed to sleep on the plane. I’m not really into sleep aids (other than a neck pillow, earplugs, and a face mask) but this time I tried 2mg of slow-release melatonin, and DAMN, that shit’s magic.
