What reasoning is that, logic? MAGA is the party of “rules for thee, but not for me.” It makes sense you would have trouble understanding something that Trump did for his daughter’s father-in-law but not for Biden’s son.

Demanding a president-elect not be a criminal or racist is not a visceral demand. I could not get a job with out passing a background check. Something DT cannot do as a convicted felon. Again, “rules for thee, but not for me.”
It's surprising that a law student appears so far removed from - we are a nation of laws. Continually comparing Trump's actions to Biden's is a recipe for failure. Look at them individually.
And what about Biden working overtime to make Anita Hill look like a fool to get Clarence Thomas on the SC?
I did; one committed a crime that is 99.9% of the time NOT prosecuted. Charles Kushner served two years in federal prison for witness tampering, tax evasion, and illegal campaign contributions. A relative pardoned both.
