True and this drives me nuts. What’s the point of a medium where “your choices matter” if you simultaneously want to “not miss anything”. Those are literally contradictory positions

The game talks about the idea of morality as a choice in videogames and how, in itself, lacks any morality by nature of how people play games.
This is the type of stuff you miss out by just focusing on the idea of "pacifism vs violence" or "the game hates you for playing it wrong".
You don't have to think that it's good game design, but it's not compromising it's message.
