Same with Idaho. Every year homes and property are torched. But Idaho only has a few million people so it flies under the media's radar. Compare the personal property loss on a population basis will show Idaho ahead of California. But it's Idaho, an out of the way fly over state.
I think they are working on more reservoir space already. I see them raising the dam on the San Luis Reservoir, and that’s just the most obvious one (you drive right by on 152). Higher in the Sierras might be dealing with possible tribal land. Desalination plants would need lots of money! Ideas!
