Yeah, I got that a lot when I first joined for inscrutable reasons! You can click the ellipsis sign next to their post and choose "less like this" and then block, and Blue Sky will slowly correct what shows up. I also had some explicit porn I had to say 'thanks, but no thanks' to in early days.
