I would suggest setting a budget and maybe shooting off a dm to some of the artists you see that you like the style of. Nothing wrong with asking and you're not obligated to proceed if you don't want to afterwards. Shop around :3

Alternatively, you could join the Vgen discord server and put up a post in the 'buying' forum- I think you just write a short ad for what you want and people with comms that are open can pitch themselves to you~ It might help?
