Time to do something you enjoy. Don't look at your phone or the news. After you have had some enjoyment, next, stand in the superman pose. Take some deep breaths. Then rejoin the resistance. You've got this.
Yes but there’s too much simple daily shit (at the very least) that needs to be done. Pushing through like a zombie is more the state of mind during times the overwhelmed takes over. Keep going is the motto, so we don’t get paralyzed.
This is me, now, more than ever! I'm in a fortunate position of being retired, so it isn't as inconvenient for me as it is for others. Take time for YOU whenever you can. Surviving is the name of the game.

Or make a to do list of siple things and cross things off, it works ;)
Then find a way to contribute and get back in the fight.
