I never felt that Nintendo made good hardware. In my eyes, their hardware was always just serviceable. Nothing special nor high-end. Just good enough to get the job done. Like a Kia.

It was the terrible marketing. People thought the Wii U was a tablet attachment to the Wii; not a new console. If Nintendo did a better job of conveying the fact it’s a new console generation, more people would have bought it.

I’m really looking forward to the switch 2 and I do hope that’s it a significant power increase as I’m very interested to see what they do with that power with Zelda and Mario, plus 3rd party games.

Nintendo makes hardware that is acceptable for families. That is why they are are a gen or two behind and priced the way they are. Not a bad thing but it's been their thing since Wii gen maybe this gen will be different but I'm we'll have to wait & see
