Usually for us someone fronts physically and someone fronts mentally, makes it so the people who can do tasks do their tasks and the ones that talk can talk
⛓️ a lot of times andi is most front but only mentally not physically like i have to do things like a common one is driving where we're both front but im the one making the body drive bc she spaces out too much driving

i think being pretty new to understanding/meeting my system it just feels so chaotic & disorganized like trying to hold water in my hands but so much slips thru my fingers

⛓️ i get it that's how it was for us and sometimes still is. just give em space to look around and observe they'll come around eventually andi tried forcing ppl to come out and it just drove them further deeper in the head
and it will help in those moments u don't know who's fronting bc eventually when they do front they'll introduce themselves and have a more prominent personality that can be distinguishable
