I've asked @glennkirschner.bsky.social if I'm right, but I don't believe Elon can be Speaker of the House, even if the crazies want him. The Speaker is 2nd in line to the President. Elon could never be President, not being a natural born citizen of the U.S. So, I don't see that as legally possible.
