If this Judge in this Alien Enemies Act case does not hold the Executive Branch accountable, then we have no law. If they aren't willing to enforce their orders, we are all done as a country.

FWIW the National Guard are sworn to the Federal Constitution and their State Constitution. Doesn’t mean the President won’t try to sic them on his enemies, but it’s something.
This chat is about the possibility (getting more evident) that the executive ignores the judicial (and possibly legislative although not now since in firm grasp), combined with a people revolt. That's where the NG decision, for the people or for the dictator, will be crucial.
Sorry for not being clearer. I didn’t mean the state NG answering to the judge, but the possibility of the President unleashing an NG against the judge and whoever their deputy US Marshals are.
