If I were Putin, I would try to destroy our confidence to govern ourselves, cultivate racial and ethnic divisions, isolate us from all our trad allies, undermine the $, spread preventable childhood diseases, flood all communications with lies and make our citizens toadies to a cynical Russian asset.
