#doge is illegal bc it is usurping the role of #Congress. Trump does not have the power to authorize doge's actions via a personal appointee, Musk; nor does Trump have immunity since he is exercising acts NOT delegated to a president. So WHY arent the Dems making these points LOUDLY to the public?
