Actually, some is coming from Canada. They just busted a huge synthetic lab not far from me in BC. They also busted another huge drug ring in the Vancouver area with direct connections to a Mexican Cartel.

The precursors still come from China.
There are most definitely clandestine superlabs being set up and used to manufacture and distribute fentanyl, crystal meth, carfentanil and more within the USA as well.
To think it is just a one way flow in to the US is incredibly naive of trumple thinskin.
