The main thrust behind anti-vaxx movement comes from a fear of parents having a disabled kid and for the bastards among them, the 'shame' of birthing one. They see us as a 'thing' rather than a human and their hatred for us only leads to more unnecessary deaths.

Oh, not-so-fun-fact
JFK's dad was a eugenicist and had one of his own kids lobotomised because she was born with some level of mental disability after being deprived of oxygen for a period during her birth. She was in her early 20s, 'rebelled' against his strictness and he punished her with lobotomy

I don't know how much her disability effected her or even if it was that noticeable but she did apparently struggle to catch up with her more competitive siblings and to meet her own fathers insane standards. She 'rebelled' by acting like any frustrated young woman would do, not even that bad.

The lobotomy was botched and left her in a mental age of a toddler. Completely ruined her life and her dad had her hidden away in some convent to be looked after by nuns there and he lied to the family where she was or what happened.

No not at all! If anything I think I just wrote it wrong.

Also I have personal beef with anti-vaxxers after an interaction with one who was-at one point-a friend of mine. I had no idea she was anti-vaxx until I told one joke mocking them and her facial reaction kind of told me before she said so.

She looked like I'd just shat in her coffee. Then she went on to try and persuade me to her side, maybe I caught it off a flu vaccine, maybe it's the chemicals in water ...ffs. She became more passive aggressive and I just thought 'well, guess I gotta end this relationship.'
