Thank you for providing an explanation of your understanding of the price changes thus far. It's really interesting to get insight into your data driven approach.
Are you using Python 4 price predictions? I'm a C# & PHP dev. I'm guessing the code is not open sourced? It would be cool 2 take a look.
Not sure what your question is but yes I am very happy about this π I only published the model a few days ago, and since then it has been doing great, but this is the first time to predict the exact fallers with the exact risers. Predicted the exact risers a few times before. No recent tweaks
Great! The estimates are so close to +/- 100% so I was curious if itβs common you get price change estimates correct when they are so close to the margin
Falls are very volatile as you can see in the predictions picture. Rises are more robust. -99% Fall is not far from -100%, you are right. So that's why I feel today was extra lucky to nail those fine margins
It is a good model, I only released it when I became confident it is (after two months of waiting and tweaking)
But predicting McAteer only is a bit lucky as there is statistical noise that could have pushed other low owned players to a predicted fall (eg McCarthy/Forster...) but didn't

I only ask as you sound v excited
