Thank goodness for my wonderful husband because let me have a good cry and picked up the pieces. I’ll be ok. There’s a road forward albeit a long one. And my family is surprisingly capable of learning and growing so I have hope. Just airing out some feels. Now..to try and rest. 😮‍💨😮‍💨🤕
