Start with the posters, including the title card in this trailer. Biohazard symbol remains, but no eyes unlike the prior 2 films (only 1 being Garland/Boyle so possibly a red herring).

Eyes were a symbol of infection in the prior films, including Brendan Gleeson getting infected via eye in Days.

In the trailer you see "folks" which are presumably infected based on their garb & movement -- but a) they're at a distance and b) it feels purposely so. Why?

Another example of what seems purposeful -- there's a person being held upside down with a hood over his/her head. No eyes.

Next - tower of skulls, and other bones everywhere -- I don't think the infected would have found the time for artwork.

Even the alleged shot of Cillian Murphy (which does not line up with the onset shots of him AT ALL) -- gives normie zombie vibes. This series, thus far, does not have normie zombies. It's the "Rage Virus" - yes, at the end of Days they look emaciated and undead-ish...

but it's because they're dying, not achieving next level zombi-ism. They starved due to lack of food.

So the questions I have are:

a) did they actually starve out?

b) does the virus die with the host?
