Can I help you? No. But I can tell you that you’re not alone and maybe that might help some. You helped me to feel less alone.

I’ve been feeling it for a couple of months now and it’s really worsened my depression 😢
Although I didn’t achieve what I needed too today at all I did have a couple of good moments but my #RSD & #ADHD have snatched them away telling me they ‘don’t count’ so should feel ashamed & guilty I felt good about them when I’ve actually failed.
They do count! Something is better than nothing, and you deserve kindness and good moments (especially given what our brains put us through on a daily basis) ❤️
Meds quietened them a bit sometimes but not enough when tired 😕
