But, 70% of autistic ppl have a mental health condition
Due to societal issues like:

I totally agree that autistic people need love and support :) We all have different needs that deserve acceptance and understanding
Okay, then we're on the same page. I've just seen so many "it's not a disability, it's a difference!" types that I've gotten a bit defensive :)
E.g. everyone feels tiredness but not to the point where (in my case) I can only stay awake for 8-10 hours some days & don’t even have the energy to reheat something in the microwave for dinner so have to be on liquids
