Definitely one of the things not written about. There were connections of course, tho most major prewar leaders died or retired (Pelley) or just became sidelined

I don't remember many specifics right now, but I recall some prominent postwar nazis were ww2 vets who felt they were on the wrong side of the war. So I imagine just classic American racism festered until they realized they like the nazis.
