I've seen it but it's rather expensive.
I think I will either go DIY or get some resin printed ones from Modellbahn Union or some other company

That is coming out well. I am milling some things and one thing I run into is how do you make textures like that (which are real vertices not a jpeg texture) vertically deeper when they would otherwise fall below your printing/milling resolution?

(if we must move a minimum if .1 units vertically each time but the texture is only .075 deep, there must be some well-established ways to "deepen" the texture to .15 or something)

It's not so much the minimum movement of 1 micron, it's being able to see it...!

Well there is that, but with Z gauge I spend a lot of my time looking at it all through magnifiers of some kind even if some things are too small for the naked eye. In my case though, if I could deepen some 3D stonework it is the diff between it cutting or not.

Over scaling may be the way to go when it comes to things like stonework, the smaller things get in scale? Maybe sometimes 1:1 perfection isn't going to work the best for most people's eyes? I'm not sure a realistically heavily weathered loco wouldn't look like a mess in Z or T scale (to naked eye)
