In 2022, you could easily argue he was a top 5 WR in the league. But outside of that (19, 20, 21, 23, 24), you'd be pushing it to even squeeze him in the top 10 based strictly on performance.

He's been remarkably consistent, but still hasn't had the peaks of most HOFers.
