Wasn't there that one guy (whose name I forget and I don't care to have him in my brain) who stirred up a frenzy to cause a lot of that? And the community managed to run him off the platform anyway.

Idk about the bluesky team but that guy might account for a spike and dropoff.

It's a little interesting to see WHAT fell off. Obviously there is a general mistrust, but I see a huge chunk of that is spam reports. Is there better automation? Have people given up? Are community block lists working?

Um... question. How many people does Trust & Safety employ? Because to respond to 6+ Million reports would take a lot of staff. I do a call center with a team of 300 people thereabouts, and we can maybe handle 3,000 calls a day or so between all of us. Thats 1 million calls a year.
