Yeah, I don't remember whether Windows 10 had the problem, but Windows 11 often misses the command somehow - whether clipboard history is on or off. (And it doesn't seem linked to PC performance.)
I developed the habit of double-tapping the command on any Windows PC. That USUALLY does it.
I got the habit of pressing CTLR+C (CMD+C) multiple times very quickly many years ago lol
Oh, and CTRL+S, from before things would auto save and PCs would randomly blue screen.
