It's honestly not bad. It has about a 3-5 hour campaign where it's just you playing a bunch of minigames. There is a single-player puzzle game with motion contols that I thought was fun.
It's very good, but you will experience some lag in minigames. Koopathalon works incredibly well only despite only playing with 8 players as a whole. Bowser Kaboom Blast is also very fun online too.
