If you're worried the QB is going to struggle because the playcaller is on the field instead of the booth, then you have the wrong QB. I'm not worried about Caleb. Bears have 5 games to see if they already have a HC/QB combo in place without making Caleb start over in Year 2. This is a no-brainer. - ThreadSky

I expected more from Caleb. He should have taken charge. He had over 30 seconds and a timeout. Can’t always rely on your coaches.

Caleb changed the play and took a shot because Eberflus couldn't be bothered to get the play in on time. He did more than enough in that situation for a rookie.

I think he can go 0-5 but If they’re close. No coaching blunders and the Offense doesn’t take a slide then he’s okay but that all depends on who else they interview
