One of the examples I provided says they live in Asia, and flicking through the others I saw a few ROC flags in bios. So I guess the most likely reason is an older China/Asia list or Starter Pack I'm on was shared by a big account?

I've just seen some of those in my notifications some are empty of posts yet have "followers" my rule is no photo, no posts, no follow. I already had some Saudi HSBC bank manager offering 50/50 on $38,000,000 #sigh
