What are the facts here? SC local news said the AG and local police were never notified of a crime and have no report from N Mace. This is actually very unethical. Particularly if you're a victim and someone outs this on the floor of the house with no investigation.

Is it possible that the report was buried? Allegedly photos, video, and voice were shared. Shouldn't take long to establish the facts.

It's also possible Mace is grandstanding. My point is this is the wrong way to do it. Had she done it the right way victim advocacy would have prevented her from this show. If you are a victim who was unconscious...this is a helluva way to find out.

My impression is that she did use the appropriate resources to report. She provided identifying photos, videos, texts, and voice records, over a year ago, expecting justice, then heard crickets. I think she realized that the "old boys club" was gonna try to make it go away... so she went nuclear.

That would have been my impression from what she said. I just noted local LEOs said there is no record. Even if it didn't go anywhere...as rep of the state, she could have walked in herself into the Sheriff's office.

What if you're a victim still with the assaulter? You just can't do this...turn them in. And when facts have been established m...tell your story. Makes you wonder what was most important to her.

Yes...but remember what she said. These were people who DID NOT KNOW...they were being filmed. Well...you just outed them. I would take a look at the recent French case to see the potential damage of what she did.
