You understand that people don't share your specific morals? Your internal, biased calculus? That people have different opinions? That some people draw the line at things like supporting genocide?
It doesn't matter whether you do or not. But the dems need to understand it if they want to win.

That is very generous. But Americans have somehow found a reason not to vote in droves in all elections.
We do know that 25m Americans didn't vote because they felt that neither candidate was worth voting for.
I do know that calling them stupid or Trumpists, won't convince them to vote next time.
I just hope the dems don't go down the route of ridiculing anyone who didn't vote for them. And I wish their supporters would stop doing it too. It will very obviously make things worse.
There are not passengers on the good ship Democracy. We're all crew. We all vote. If we don't, we don't get to enjoy the benefits of democracy.
Don't like the candidates? Then, run yourself. Become useful.
I get that people are (rightly) angry and upset at what's going on but spouting absurdly illogical crap online isn't a form of resistance.
Abusing the people you want to convince will make things worse.
Just don’t cut your dick off, even if you’re mad at people who made fun of you about the dick-cutting thing.
But your first sentence - "it shouldn't matter".
Well, it does. We are human beings. You won't win-over people by calling them stupid. And if you do it whilst not even trying to understand their reasoning, it makes you stupid.
And if you see that but waver because I call you a name, then you are not just immoral, but spineless and immoral.
This is getting silly.
