My debut novel comes out March 20th. It's about the rise and fall of a celebrity chef, told through his autopsy at the hands of a woman he mysteriously hand-picked for the job. To write it, I went to work in a Michelin kitchen and an autopsy lab, and if I had to do one again, I'd pick the corpses.
