Lore, they're Blood Angels (vampire Renaissance men super soldiers). Guy on the left wears a blue helmet because he carries heavy weapons, the marine on the right wears yellow because he's an assault marine (pistol and melee weapons, usually chainsword, as seen in his right hand and above his head)
