I'd say to see if there's a tool out there for it. I know there's one for migrating your following accounts, so I wouldn't be supprised if there's were one for migrating other account stuff

YEP sounds about right I hope the site dies permanently now I already took the petty approach of reporting the app to Apple to hopefully get it booted off the app store
