A rare HIGH RISK (level 5) has been issued for the Memphis area. Tornadoes - some strong, large hail, and damaging wind, and very heavy rain are expected this evening. A few storms could start as soon as 5pm with a line of severe storms crossing the metro (slowly) between ~7pm-midnight.
