Hurray! Lucky you :) What's the plan while you're there? Another eruption is definitely due but I think it'll be a few more weeks (hopefully when I'm there, so I can at least see it from the flights!).

Since, we're not big fans of driving in winter, we will stay in Reykjavik and go with the flow. Probably do a couple of tours. Definitely go to the pool, visit some museums, walk a lot and eat licorice chocolate! Yes, I saw for the eruption!

That sounds lovely. I rarely have that kind of trip - always rent a car and move around. Having said that, I will be staying in the same cabin for a week on my trip next month, so won't be travelling too much. I'm looking forward to stocking up again on my licorice chocolate :)
