I am a huge fan!!!!! The Housemaid, which is a trilogy. The Teacher. Never Lies. The Boyfriend. I am not a Hoover fan at all. You can never figure out Freida’s books!!

I alway hate recommended books because I know what I like, many others won’t. I feel the same when I dislike a book. I just think as long as ppl are reading, it’s all good. I usually give authors a second chance, except Hoover 😬

Well I finished it and I was wrong on what I thought the twist was so you’re right on point for that. I might give her another try, just not sure her writing style is for me. I didn’t like how she builds her characters but it could have been this book.

havent been reading much. A VERY BAD THING and now on A FAMILIAR SIGHT, and its taken me two months maybe and Im half way through A.F.S. and today my hold for THE GOD OF THE WOODS came in. LOL so ill stop my book and pick that up. if its long or slow, dont know if ill be able to finish it. 🫢

I wish I had your will power. It’s so hard for not to finish a book. By the 3rd chapter, immodesty sure I know “the twist” so now I have to finish to see if I’m correct.
