It doesn’t surprise me sadly, and is most definitely learned from the parents (or lack of parent supervision). School should be very quick sorting this out. Accept no less than zero tolerance on bullying.

I know we shouldn't slap 9 year olds, but sometimes it's hard to not want to >.< kids can be so needlessly cruel, but clearly their parents are actually the ones in the wrong
