Today marks 7 years since the death of Zhumakeldi Akai (https://shahit.biz/eng/2841/), a 44-year-old native of Dorbiljin County who was allegedly beaten to death in detention.

This incident also led to the detention and death of elderly legal consultant Qaliolla Tursyn.
