Ha! They are silly things. My other cat isn't a fan of laps, but she loves kisses and rubbing her face on my face. But I'm only allergic to that one, so it's not ideal for me. Lol. (She's got longer fur.) Can't say no to her, though.

Longer fur can be an issue... Hat a Persian once. He and his mate were in shelter and no one wanted him because of his fur. He was such a wonderful little character.

😂 Oh no! TBH, her 2nd favorite thing is playing on the cat tower. So, in emergencies, I beg my husband to call her over to play so she leaves me. I don't have the heart (or spine) to kick her off.

Mr. Meathead's 2nd favorite thing is to get petted roughly -- by my husband -- while sitting on my lap. He does not want me to pet him; I'm just the moveable throne. Cat sits on me all day when I work at home, and then all night too.

Oh Lord... that's annoying. I got harassed for wearing a mask, and I'm immunocompromised. 🙄 I'm hanging in there. The GOP is crazy up here, too. Good news, tho! My husband was at a hockey game yesterday, and when our governor dropped the puck, he got booed. So... progress? ✊️

Leo was a 6 month old stray I brought home. He didn’t get much socialization in my one person home. He grew to hate anyone who invaded HIS home. He became extremely protective & would attack most people visiting. Grown men were terrified of him. He was my cuddle bug & lived 18 1/2 years.

Aw, you were Leo's hooman! I grew up with a Siamese and only liked my family. He it took him about 5 years to warm up to my now-husband. He'd have to call me to get rescued from the bathroom because Snickers would have him cornered in the hallway. 😂 Eventually, they became civil.
