That simply isn’t true. The courts have the ability to deputize people to act on the orders of the regime refuses to follow orders. And the overlord may have immunity, but no one else does.

Who carries out the judicial’s orders? Who enforces them? The executive branch. Judges are not going to deputize people to arrest members of the executive branch.

They worked for 4 years, from judge to judge, and up to the the supreme court to get a ruling that he could be protected from prosecution while in office. This seems to have been the plan all along. Now he fears nothing . It is now HIS country. Senate, House, SCOTUS, means nothing to him. Poor USA.
