Having a convo with a family member and to them the word "probationary" meant a new worker OR "on probation" in a negative sense, and I had to explain what it really meant. I think this is how Melon thought he could get away with it. Take notice of how this admin uses words in the worst way.

Climate change will expand the drought now, wildfires are everywhere now day. Strong winds last weekend cause electric poles to fall, caught the grass on fire and burned out church down. What will happen during the next wildfire or forest fire without rangers to warn and rescue us? SHAME, SHAME!
