I've always capitalized each hashtag word, but just because of my need to keep things orderly. Is there a practical reason I'm unaware of?

I feel you need for tidiness! Capitalising helps screen readers to make sense of the mushed-together words. Otherwise they read out a string of letters which is hard to make sense of.

I'm on Android where you get three lines in the top left (see pic). Click on those to get the menu, then go to settings and you should find the accessibility menu, which looks like my original post.

Please also remember if you are the type that periodically deletes cookies that this setting will reset to the default when you log on again.

Same goes for the language filter.
If you're the type of person who wants to disable that and see posts in every language.

Wish all of these settings were stored with your account, or at least marked as "reset-y"
