Good. Some of the filthy streets littered with rubbish everywhere.. dilapidated buildings, potholes on every road..chaos, crime...name it....I thought it's a first word civilised country but gosh... standards keep falling further and further.

I feel it’s all a bit hit and miss and she’s been unlucky to get caught. I haven’t seen any yellow jacket ticket issuers but then I’m not a litter lout as the floor of my car will testify. Everything from banana skins to tickets and spent sandwich packets and when the smell hits me it’s all binned

And a second offence should be £1000...and a third offense should be £5000...and keep multiplying fine till they learn to just stop littering...simple questions get simple solutions...
