Should we tax heavier cars more to fund pothole repairs?
In the UK drivers encounter an average of 6 holes per mile.
However in the Netherlands the roads are kept up to scratch by charging drivers of heavier cars more to cover the damage they cause.

Have a specialist tax for these monsters as they aren't road cars - they are designed as off road cars.
