Not sure but I think it should be at least 12 centimeters / 4.7 inch.

I am not vision impaired beyond what my glasses correct so take this with a grain of salt: consider looking at quilting magnifiers. They're often larger field of magnification than most options, available in person at craft stores, and many come with lighting. Ottlite is a brand I like but are $$$
