Absolutely support @kimleadbeatermp.bsky.social #TerminallyIllAdultsBill, as she says (9:35), "it's not about ending life but shortening death".
Funding research and training in that would be money much better spent than training doctors in taking people's lives.
She did say it didn't have to be one or the other.
In our case, I dont think assisted dying would have been desired, but I wouldn't deprive others of it. Cancer isn't a pleasant death
