Yeah I noticed they have the same hair style, so it'd make sense to let us dress up like them too, like how you could get Marnie's hair and outfit in Sw/Sh.
I'm pretty sure you technically can! Like, the faces and hairstyles of the rivals look the same as the protagonist's, so this may be a Calen/Serena situation, the one you don't pick becomes the rival.
